Terms of service

These terms govern Vpster accounts, wallet balances, and VPS instances.

You create an account with email and password. Crypto top-ups credit an EUR wallet (Daily Intel) or a USD wallet (monthly). Deploying a server spends that balance. Confirmed credits and spent balance are final on-chain; unused prepaid time may be credited back to the wallet at our discretion. Blockchain transactions themselves cannot be reversed.

You must use servers for lawful purposes only. We may suspend or terminate instances that violate the Acceptable Use Policy or a valid legal order.
